My Up-Coming Work Out Challenge

I have spoken about this challenge to a lot of people in my life and they’ve all agree it was a great idea. That being said I had started it mid-December 2015, but I ended up stopping because of back probems and such things. I recently decided to give it another go. It’s a 30 day challenge that I found on Pinterest. It’s easy and there’s a lot of different good exercises and all that.

It’s called 30 Day Beach Body Challenge and you can find it pinned on my Pinterest board called Taking Care of Me along with a bunch of other useful pins about how to take care of yourself. There’s another work out schedule that I will try to do after the challenge called Weekly schedule and it has a lot of different hings that you should do during the week to be healthy.

Now I will also be watching out what I am eating and trying to eat healthier, but I am not one for diets so this is not going to be a diet, just away for me to try to lose a little bit of weight and get a little bit in a better shape.

Now on top of all of this, I stumbled upon a few pages about “detox” drinks or teas and such. Two out of those I thought were genius and I will most likely be doing them both. The first one is called DIY: Detox Water to Shrink Your Belly in 10 Days and give you a simple recipe for a water drink that is suggested you drink when you get up in the morning. Now you guys know that I’m a lazy girl, so this is a pretty good things for me to be doing and it shouldn’t take too long. Plus, I think a few of those things can be prepared ahead of time too if I want to.

The second thing I found was a small post listing different teas or things like that and it’s called 5 Drinks That Help Flush Away Fat. Now being a big Tea drinker lately, I think this is definately going to be a thing I am going to try to do.

I would encourage anyone who’s been saying they would do this for ages to actually do it. I’m a very lazy girl, so this is going to be very hard for me to do because I will be trying to get up one hour earlier so that  can do my exercises before I start my day.
